@Jeremy – We answer per email so we can give the fastest and most accurate reply to the question asked. That is how we prefer it and we have decided that is how we want to operate.

We also state in our Terms that we can’t support every plugin out there, and we can’t test every one against our themes. We will however do what we can to find a solution to your problems in the forum.

Sorry if you don’t agree with that, but it is how we have decided to run our business.

But to answer your question: Not all lightbox plugins work with The Station, but I’ve tested Shadowbox JS and it works perfect. http://sivel.net/category/wordpress/plugins/

I fail to realize how an answer given on this website would be any less than an answer given via email. Wouldn’t it be the same person? Ensuring that I get the correct answer shouldn’t be a problem, because you wouldn’t lie on here, right? I understand the swift reply thing, though.

If you do not wish to answer my question here where others can get the info too then it’s your loss, not mine.

@Jeremy – Thank you for your input, but we prefer to answer specific theme functionality questions via e-mail for potential customers and through our forum for our members. We do this to ensure that you are given a correct answer and that you get a swift reply.

I will absolutely not be using this theme or WooThemes because of a) the time it took to get a response and 2) because my questions were not answers. I am not sure what you are thinking, but answering a question like this so everyone could see the answer would have been wise.

Seems like there is no business sense at WooThemes. Perhaps invest in CRM software, too.

After looking at your demo and noticing the javascript used, are you aware that wordpress plugins for lightbox will not work? Shaddowbox JS and Lightbox 2, two of the easiest and most used plguins that provid “auto-lightboxing” will not work. In fact, I am not sure any lightbox will work.

Before I purchase this, can you please inform me how to use a lightbox plugin? That is critical for me. Thank you.

Nice theme like it alot. Just had a quick browse, what I could see the image in the blogs are still pointing at localhost and I tested the comment system out it left a comment but didnt seem to count the post in the post count.

Thats all ive found so far using IE7

Aaargh… Barely a month after my 6 months Woo subscription ends this come out! I thought Cushy was the theme I needed for my business, but seeing this one has changed all that – could you please stop making themes which get better and better! I am starting to develop an addiction…

FYI – The tabs don’t stay highlighted on sub-pages (Safari 4).
