Since… forever, we’ve been known for our Permanent 2-for-1 special (which evolved to 3-for-1 on our developer theme packages) and we’ve seen many others emulating our offer to some extent. We’ve always felt that this offer, along with our huge range of themes, made WooThemes rather unique, and it is indicative of our wish to add as much value to your purchase as possible.
So as of today, we will be increasing our Permanent 2-for-1 to a Permanent 3-for-1 (on Standard Packages) and 4-for-1 (on Developer Packages). That means you can now grab 3 Standard Package themes for only $70 and a whopping 4 Developer Package themes for $150. We think this is a nice way to combat the supposed inflation that economists always tell us about…

Well, it’s not quite the 5-for-1 I coulda, shoulda, woulda-but-for-life-got-in-the-way Holiday Sale, but as a consolation prize, it’s not too bad! (:-p]
After looking for quite a while and carefully considering many different options, Woo seems to me to be the place to be. (;-)]

Sounds like a hell of a deal. Does this also apply to someone who bought a template in November 09 but forgot to claim their second template? That happened to me, I thought I could select the second template afterwards but it was not possible, so I could’t take advantage of the permanent 2-for-1 special
Sweet. I’m happy about this as I missed the 5-for-1! Question though, do we have to choose the other two themes right away when we purchase the first one, or can we add our choices later?

But I’m even more interested in the promised integration of pages & categories into the navbar. That will save me lots of mucking about on each site build.

If I purchase a theme, can I choose the 2 free downloads at a later stage?
Nope, they won’t let you, happened to me recently and it was impossible to get it after you complete the checkout.
When I first bought, i was unsure of what other template I should choose, so I decided to ask for a friend’s opinion the next day, after the choice was made i found out that they won’t let you claim the additional one.
I guess all they need to do is add it to your account manually, but unfortunately nobody seem to be interested in that tedious task.

This is entirely untrue. We have never denied anybody their free themes, even though they did not pick them on checkout. If you were denied the themes, that was a mistake on our part. Our policy is that you have to pick at checkout, but we ate very leanient to adding the free themes later on if you jus cant decide. So just drop us an email if you are missing your free themes
Magnus, thanks for the quick reply, I actually sent an email to adii asking him for a way to claim my second template the same day I made the purchase but never got a response.
Then I figured that maybe I could do it myself from the admin session but it seems it’s something you guys handle internally. I am writing a new email right now. Once again thank you for your response.

I have been using your website for some time now and have been pleased with the overall quality of design and service received. I will be monitoring the site in 2010 to see the new designs that are released.
