Info for existing customers
This info is for owners of our themes that bought the theme from Premium News Theme, our previous company name before changing to the new WooThemes name and site.
Since you are a current user of one of our themes, we’d like to extend some great offers & opportunities to you - so that you too can join in the fun named WooThemes.
First up, we will need to manually create a new account for you on WooThemes, to allow you to download the latest versions of the themes you had previously bought on Premium News, as well as give you access to support resources. So if you’d like to upgrade your account, please send us the following details to support@woothemes.com:
- Your Full Name (including surname);
- E-mail Address;
- Your 2Checkout Transaction ID, the themes you purchased and the date you purchased it on; and
- Your desired new username & password.
Please allow for about 7 days since the time you sent your e-mail, to get confirmation of your new account details. Do not send us multiple e-mails - we will ge to you. We appreciate your patience & understanding in this regard.
