If this is your first time logging in to WooThemes and you can’t seem to login, check that you are typing your username in lowercase. If it is still not working then you should contact us at info@woothemes.com so we can check your if your account has been activated.

If you are still having trouble logging in to your account, you should try the following:

• Clear all your browser cookies or only those relating to “woothemes.com”. Normally done via Tools > Clear Private Data or similar.
• Try another browser that you haven’t used with WooThemes before.
• Contact us to check if there are any problems with your account at info@woothemes.com
