What benefits does a "WordPress Theme Club" have over "Theme Package"?
WordPress Theme Club gives you access to all our past WordPress themes, plus the one's released over the course of your membership subscription. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club. Club membership include only WordPress themes. Other CMS themes are sold seperately.
Theme Packages gives you access to only one theme (plus bonus themes). You do however receive lifetime updates to that theme (including bonus themes).
Both Club Membership and Theme Packages include lifetime access to our support forum, knowledgebase and tutorials.
What is the difference between "Standard" and "Developer" packages?
If you are happy with the design and styling of the theme out of the box then a standard package should suffice. If however you are designing and/or customizing a theme for a client and know how to use Adobe Photoshop, we recommend you purchase a developer package with access to the fully layered Adobe Photoshop file. You also get an extra free bonus theme with the Developer package!
Other CMS themes may have Single License and Multi License on Standard and Developer package. Please see the specific theme details page for more info.
What is an "Enterprise Theme"?
Some of our themes will include some extra awesome functionality (e.g. real estate or e-commerce). These themes are meant for businesses or advanced users and therefore come at a higher price point.
The Enterprise themes do not include bonus themes, and Enterprise themes are not available as bonus themes on the Standard or Developer packages.
What happens if I cancel my Theme Club Subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the themes anymore and not receive any theme updates. If you want to re-subscribe to our club after you cancel, you will have to pay the one time signup fee again. This only applies if you purchase a Club Subscription and not a Theme Package which includes lifetime updates and no recurring billings.
How do I select my bonus themes?
After clicking the purchase button, you will be asked which bonus themes you'd like. The themes will be added to your account and available for download along with your purchased theme. Other CMS themes do not include bonus themes, it is only the WordPress themes that include bonus themes.
How does the payment process work?
After you select a theme or a subscription, you are taken to the checkout screen where you fill in your name and desired user name and password. You will then be directed to our merchant page at 2Checkout where you complete your payment. After your payment has been completed, you can log in via the link in the header and download your themes from your account page.
Which payment types do you accept? Can I use Paypal?
Our merchant is 2Checkout and they accept all major credit cards. You can also pay with Paypal if you select USD as the currency when checking out.
I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long will it take?
All payments should are usually approved immediately. When payment is made by Paypal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for Paypal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn't updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited.
If you don't see your themes at first login, it might mean that your payment is "pending". You can then contact us with your username and we will manually enable the themes for you.
