What benefits does the "Club Subscription" have compared to a "Theme Package"?
Club Subscription gives you access to all our past WordPress themes, plus the one's released over the course of your club subscription. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club.
Theme Packages gives you access to only one theme (plus bonus themes). You do however receive lifetime updates to that theme (including bonus themes).
Both Club Subscription and Theme Packages include lifetime access to our support forum and tutorials.
What is the difference between "Standard" and "Developer" packages?
If you are happy with the design and styling of the theme out of the box then a standard package should suffice. If however you are designing and/or customizing a theme for a client and know how to use Adobe Photoshop, we recommend you purchase a developer package with access to the fully layered Adobe Photoshop file. You also get an extra free bonus theme with the Developer package!
What is an "App Theme"?
Some of our themes will include some extra awesome functionality (e.g. real estate or help desk). These themes break out of the normal WordPress theme use and therefore come at a higher price point.

How do I select my bonus themes?
After making a theme purchase, your account will automatically have the option to add bonus themes. You can then select your bonus themes at anytime you'd like, no rush. Please note that only the themes available at your time of purchase will be eligible for bonus themes. App themes and child themes can not be selected as bonus themes and must be purchased separately.
What happens if I cancel my Club Subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the themes anymore and not receive any theme updates. If you want to re-subscribe to our club after you cancel, you can simply login to your account and click the green arrow under the actions. Your club subscription will be reinstated immediately. This only applies if you purchase a Club Subscription and not a Theme Package which includes lifetime updates and no recurring billings.
How does the payment process work?
After you select a theme or a subscription, you are taken to the checkout screen where you can fill in your name and desired user name and password. Alternatively, you can login with an existing account as well. After your payment has been completed, you can head to your dashboard download your themes!
Which payment types do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
I haven't received my receipt or login details.
Usually the e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or your login information soon after, please pop us an email and we’ll check in on your payment and account.
If you don’t see your themes in the downloads tab, then please do pop us an email as there is most likely an issue with your account. We’ll be glad to sort it out ASAP.
