What benefits does a "Club Membership" have over "Theme Package"?
Club Membership (gold color in table) gives you access to all our past WordPress themes, plus the one's released over the course of your membership subscription. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club. Club membership include only WordPress themes. Other CMS themes are sold seperately.
Theme Package (grey color in table) gives you access to only one theme (plus bonus themes). You do however receive lifetime updates to that theme (including bonus themes).
Both Club Membership and Theme Packages include lifetime access to our support forum, knowledgebase and tutorials.
What is the difference between "Standard" and "Developer" packages?
If you are happy with the design and styling of the theme out of the box then a standard package should suffice. If however you are designing/customizing a theme for a client we recommend you download a developer package with access to the fully layered Adobe Photoshop file for quick and easy tweakage. Another perk is you get an extra theme absolutely free!
Other CMS themes may have Single License and Multi License on Standard and Developer package. Please see the specific theme details page for more info.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you are subscribed to our club and you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the themes anymore and not receive any theme updates. If you want to re-subscribe to our club after you cancel, you will have to pay the one time signup fee again. This only applies if you purchase a Club Subscription and not a Theme Package which includes lifetime updates and no recurring billings.
How do I select my bonus themes?
Once you've picked the theme you'd like to buy start the checkout procedure and enter your personal details. You'll then be asked which bonus theme(s) (depending on your package type) you'd like. It will then also be added to your account and available for download along with your purchased theme. See a step by step tutorial here. The bonus themes offer is only available when purchasing WordPress themes. All other CMS themes are not included in this offer.
How does the payment process work?
After your select a theme or a subscription, you are taken to the checkout screen where you fill in your name and desired user name and password. You will then be directed to our merchant page at 2Checkout where you complete your payment. After your payment has been completed, you can log in via the link in the header and download your themes from your account page.
Which payment types to you accept? Can I use Paypal?
Our merchant is 2Checkout and they accept all major credit cards. You can also pay with Paypal, but only for individual themes, since 2checkout doesn't accept Paypal for recurring billings.
I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long will it take?
All payments should are usually approved immediately. When payment is made by Paypal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for Paypal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn't updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited.
If you don't see your themes at first login, it might mean that your payment is "pending". You can then contact us with your username and we will manually enable the themes for you.
