Generally, with any WooThemes purchase you will receive full access to our ever-growing support forums where our experienced forum ninjas will help answer any of your theme-related queries. We take great pride in the support community we’ve built in the last couple of months and we’ve see some great theme modifications as a result of this.
Unfortunately however, users of our free themes do not have access to this community and consequently we thus can’t offer these users technical support. But with the WooThemes Support Access package, we’re changing that very fact…
The Package
At a very low cost of only $40 a year you can gain access to this community and get access to support for any of our free themes. What’s even better is that you can renew the support package any time you want and you won’t be automatically rebilled at the end of the month - so you can simply purchase the support package whenever you need support.
For you $40 bucks, here’s what you’ll get:
- Help from our dedicated forum ninja’s who know our themes inside-out;
- Technical assistance on all issues related to the theme and your WordPress;
- Guidance with regards to the modifications you’d like to achieve with your theme copy; and
